Premium earns its keep when

Several environments need capture, CI jobs wait in parallel, or a failed test must remain inspectable later.

Before you upgrade

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel from account settings. Premium remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

What happens after a downgrade?

Free limits apply again. PNTR keeps your account and stored DNS configuration, disables active subdomains above the Free allowance, and turns off extras that no longer fit the plan.

How long is captured data retained?

Free email and request history is retained for 48 hours. Premium retains it for 90 days. You can delete captured data sooner from the dashboard.

Who handles payment and taxes?

Creem is the merchant of record. Checkout calculates applicable taxes and provides the payment receipt.
